Combat Creations™ formed in 2005 when a military spouse, Connie Campbell, bought an existing scrapbook store and transformed it into “the SCRAPBOOK store for the military family™”. The now 1400 sq ft stand-alone scrapbook store is on the main drag of Western Blvd. in Jacksonville, NC, right outside Camp LeJeune Marine Corps Base.  The store is dedicated to military and civil service scrapbook items, broken down by branch, and has handmade crafts from various military spouses.  It serves as a retail storefront as well as the distribution center.  An area in the middle of the storefront serves as classroom for crafting classes, meetings, and a party area.  All but two employees we have employed are active duty Marine spouses with numerous children. Combat Creations is meant to be a pseudo-support group for our turbulent lifestyle and to be a creative outlet for all. The General Manager, Colleen Francis, has moved twice since becoming an integral part of the company, and her husband is currently serving another tour to Iraq.  The Store Manager, Robyn Leonard, is getting ready for her husband to head back to Iraq for the 3^rd time in 3 years.  Connie Campbell, owner, now runs the store from Yuma, AZ with her 4 boys in tow.  This is her 6^th house in 9 years, with 5 long deployments under her belt.  “It’s a wonderful feeling knowing we can touch people’s lives with our products and services.  Honoring our families and heroes accurately is vital to the success of this industry, and I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished since we began”, states Connie.
